Social Initiative

1. Performing Vedic-Homa for curing Leprosy. The lepers (200 approx) are made to sit in the centre and small groups of members of the Aashram perform the Vedic - Homa thus trying to cure them of this deadly disease.

2. Donation of useful articles to the lepers on a regular basis and providing them healthy and nourished food on full- moon days, all Hindu festivals and 15 days during the 'ShradhhPaksh' thereby bringing them in the social environment.

3. Celebrating the Hindu festivals with a group of specially-abled children (1000 approx), distributing gifts and purchasing their hand made products for making them independent and supporting their rehabilitation.
